"Approaching from the main road on the unpaved street with partly finished neighbouring buildings was uninviting. Exterior of the riad looks nice but it faces onto the garden and isnt within view. Interior is tastefully decorated but the smell of the nearby farm animals wafting through the building was unpleasant. "They did not seem to expect us, as we arrived somewhat late (9pm). There was not a room available, so they put us in what seemed to be a family guest house that someone had been using throughout the day. The room was not clean. "

"Staying in The Kozyhome was good at best. The service and staff were good, as well as the cleanliness. Things to improve on - tv’s in the bedrooms, option for additional pillows, sun loungers for the roof terrace. "

"Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "

De plus nous avions réservé avec petits déjeuners compris hors nous avons dû repayé sous prétexte que nous avions pas coché la case mais tous les raids sont avec petits déjeuners dommage on a l impression de se faire avoir !!!"
