The staff were super nice and professional. I have been coming here since 1991 and it is my little oasis on earth. The bar alone is worth the stay.

Lovely stay

Lovely peaceful stay, comfortable room with nice outlook over pool area. Lots of different places to sit and relax. Easy parking and nice dinner and breakfast. Limited menu but wine available which was much appreciated. A challenging but enjoyable days drive from Marrakech and would definitely stay again

An older property with lots of character and very friendly and helpful service. Good eats and decent selection of wines and beers, as well as a few cocktails. Easy parking and convenient location. Good value.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff were absolutely terrific and even helped us celebrate a special birthday. The hotel and its grounds are spacious and really nicely decorated with one of the best swimming pools we came across. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We would recommend this to anyone staying in Zagora as we would definitely return.

Magnifique jardin

Déçu par la prestation de cet hôtel. Le plus cher de notre séjour, et le moins bien de notre séjour. Le cadre, les salons, et surtout le jardin sont très agréables. Le reste mérite un sérieux rafraîchissement (peinture, salle de bains). Le petit déjeuner est tout juste correct, sans parler du moment désagréable où le bagagiste insisté grossièrement pour obtenir un pourboire. Bref, on s'attendait à mieux....

Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr schön, hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit Pool, wo man sich sehr gut erholen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Nur dürfte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel ist stilvoll ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Natürlich gibt es den obligatorischen Minztee zur Begrüßung. Durch die Lage kann man auch noch am Abend, wenn die ganzen Touristenbusse weg sind, in der Altstadt 'bummeln gehen.

Un peu vieillot, un peu trop chère

L’hôtel est un peut vieillot. On voit clairement l'age. Les portes des chambres ne se ferment plus bien, ni les fenêtres. Heureusement la clientèles est calme et on n'est pas réveillé par le bruit qui peut passer par les crevasses autour des portes/fenêtres. Mais on a bien apprécié la piscine et le jardin bien ombragé, un cadre magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est en format de buffet et est bien. Le repas du soir: il y avait beaucoup de monde est le temps d'attente était beaucoup trop longue. On aurait pu déjà nous emporter du pain et de l'eau pour rendre ce temps un peu plus agréable. Mais, les gens sont très chaleureux. Le tout fait qu'on trouve que le prix est trop chère pour ce qu'on reçoit, comparer par exemple avec le IBIS à Ouarzazate ou on a logé moins chère..
