Property manager was very accommodating with our last minute booking. Very communicative and offered extra assistance. Everything comfortable. We did not need it but kitchen was fully equipped. Great location. Slept well. Check in easy.

Tout fut parfait ! C'est un pied à terrre en plein centre ville, proche de tout. Si on veut manger sur place, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Literie impeccable, les fenêtres en double vitrage permettent de rester au calme et au frais. Et en plus il y a la climatisation :)

We really enjoyed this little gem within walking distance to the central railway station, botanical garden and city center. Perfect check-in experience - we immediately felt welcomed. In case you do not need an elevator (2nd floor, only reachable using stairs) book this. We will for sure next time we are back in Zagreb!

Definitely a good choice for a stay in Zagreb

Great location, and the apartment was comfortable and very clean. The manager/owner sent excellent instructions before arrival about how to get the access card from lock box and everything went really smoothly. They couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Thank you Filip!

Excellent location, convenient to trams and central city by walking. Comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay wiht 3 individuals. I would stay again. One complaint: On 2 attempts to contact the property in the weeks prior to our visit via email regarding several questions, I received no response. Response via text once we were within 24 hours of arrival was timely and sufficient. One recommendation: provide 2 key cards for entry. This card is required to run the lights in the apartment, besides entry at the street and 3rd floor apartment level. As there was no communicated ability to “buzz” someone into the outer locked door as street level, when I had to return to our parked car 4 blocks away to retrieve something after dark, I had to take the key card and leave others in the dark.

The only negative for older people is it’s on second floor no elevator. If you can manage that then go for it.

Great place for my family to use as a base visiting Zagreb. All the main sights within an easy walk, 14 minutes max. Short taxi ride from the airport (used Uber & bolt as recommended by locals). Plenty of places to eat & buy groceries nearby. Although be warned all the grocery places are closed on a Sunday, plenty of restaurant options though. Apartment is a good size & well equipped kitchen & throughout. Lots of attention to detail with towels, bathmat, alarm clock, travel adapter, hairdryer, safe. Plenty of space to sit. Aircon was great & put to good use as it reached 29°! The toiletries were appreciated as we had travelled with small hand luggage. Filip responded very quickly to messages and answered all my queries. He went above & beyond to help us & let us leave our bags there after check out so we didn't have to carry them with us all day which made a huge difference. Check in instructions were very clear & photos helped. Building my look a bit off on the Google pics but much of the city has graffiti, it felt very safe & was a lovely old building. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. We were very impressed with Zagreb itself & the apartment & Filip's customer service 5* Thanks again Filip👍

Decent stay, could be better, could be worse 6/10

Good stay in Zagreb Croatia. This apartment was cheaper than all other hotels/apartments we found. Overall, I’d give it a good stay, but that’s all. It needs a good clean/lick of paint. 6/10. A few pros and cons below of the apartment. Pros: -Great location in terms of not far from city centre. -quite a big apartment. -tv area in apartment is nice & cosy. -great communication from Agape Apartments when needed/and for instructions. Cons: -surroundings of the apartment are not nice at all, 2 flights of stairs to climb which is surrounded with dirty old houses/apartment, building itself is not very nice at all, smelt every time we entered. -apartment itself needs a real clean and a lick of paint to freshen it up a bit. On photos, it’s advertised as looking like new, all walls/skirting boards/floor needs cleaning & freshening up! -doormat/dirty slippers inside/inside cupboards of kitchen all needs sorting. -carpark wasn’t as close as they made out, was about a 10 min walk. Overall 6/10 from us, travelled as a couple and rented a car around the city. Could be worse but could also be better!

The apartment was super nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean too. It was clean everywhere except that there were two dead bugs on the sofa. Everything worked well but the water goes down very slowly in the shower and the sink. Also, there's no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was close to the main square of the old town and very close to abundant choices of restaurants. Filip met us at the entrance of the building and took us to the apartment. There is no elevator and the walk up the 3 flights of stairs might be a challenge for some. It was easy for us and we are seniors in age. The place was quiet even though the windows are facing the street. Very modern and very clean.

Best host/great apartment

Filip, the manager of this apartment, is the best host that we have ever experienced. We had certain unusual special requests and he was willing to do anything to accommodate us. I've never had a host that said he was available 24 hours a day, this was the first time. Of course we wouldn't bother him in the middle of the night but he is clearly sincere. He carried our bags, guided us to the best parking garage in person....I can go on and on. The apartment was very nice, everything that we needed. Very clean and we'll maintained. Great location too! We very strongly recommend this apartment and if we ever return to Zagreb we would not consider staying anywhere else. Thanks again Filip! Michael Freedman
