The rooms are big and it is quiet good located. Modern and the AC works with almost no noise. A few little things in the bathroom (toiletseat falls down when sitting, some hair at the toweldryer). All in all a really pleasant stay, thank you!

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is varied, including juice and fresh fruit, the location is perfect as it is close to the bus station and the city center. The place is safe and you can do everything on foot. The family that owns it is extremely friendly, kind and is always available to help us.

Nice location fairly close to the main parts of Zagreb old town. Room was clean and well-kept. Key pickup from the lockbox was easy. Was a little confusing at first then where to use the key. The entrance is on the second floor but opens into a small common area first before you see your actual room numbers

Good value but no breakfast

There is no reception so you will need to WhatsApp them to access the keys in the safe. There is no breakfast, only from June. The room was clean and modern, and in a good location for walking everywhere in the city.

Communication

This was the most stylish room I’ve stayed in, in this price range. Great location. Clean. Good amenities—kettle, clothes iron. The self-check-in procedure was an ordeal—I’d sum it up to inadequate communication. The host was pleasant and helpful though when I got him. If you arrive at night, expect the building hallways to be dark and find most of the rooms behind a door that is not clearly marked to indicate that it is the entrance to the suites. If you’re smarter than me then there’s lots to recommend this place.

Good location and basic room

The room was basic and was larger than a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good size. I could use the common room and had access to kettle as well as dishes. The room had a stool for a place to sit and the bed - ideally a separate comfy chair would have been nice. I was confused about check in and wished that the company had WhatsApp the contact information to me via me having to look up the WhatsApp number on their website (not on confirmation).

The room is excellent, very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was great. In the room, it would have been helpful to have an extra chair and travel-friendly outlet. The part that is confusing is that this is advertised as a B&B, which anybody would interpret as a “Bed&Breakfast”. However, there is no breakfast served and the information on Expedia is not very clear on this. Even while there, there is a sign in the kitchen that indicates breakfast between 8am and 9:30am, but then in smaller letters you are warned that the kitchen is not for use by the guests, all very confusing….

A very nice room rental

Location is very convenient, only 10minutes walk to the old town via a pleasent walking route. Room is clean, sufficient by every terms. Emil was extremly helpful, he checked us in earlier. If I go to Zagreb again, I stay at this place without any doubt. However, one thing must have been made clear on the website that this is not a hotel, this is a room rental in a pleasent, kind of historical apartment that you collect the keys from the postbox, and there is no reception. So I was a bit shocked when I first arrived but then I found the phone number of Emil via Hotels com and he sorted everything out for us. We enjoyed the place and Zagreb very much.

Our room and bathroom were spotless. Our room is right next yo the elevator. We can hear it when it runs. The kitchen is a four-room shared kitchen. No microwave. Two burners but no cooking utensils. Lots of plates, cups, cutlery.

An amazing stay! My room looked directly out at the memorial and the location made walking to various sites super easy. Tram stop right outside and a lovely breakfast every morning with Irene, who is amazing! Will definitely stay here again when we come back.
