Nice hotel, good price & friendly staff. Good location for the bus station if you’re going to the national park. It’s a 25-30 min walk from the centre and it’s on a sort of commercial/industrial street.

Hotel location made it really convenient to be in/out of downtown area in a 10 min drive. Staff was really friendly and provided lot of useful information and suggestion for a late dinner the date of our arrival.

This is an excellent place for business travelers but maybe not for those looking to hang around the hotel since it's far from the city squares. The continental breakfast was one of the best we ever had. Great place to use as a base camp to explore the area if you have a car.

Most staff were exceptional. The room was absolutely spotless, especially important for me as I suffer really badly with dust allergies. The hotel overall was spot on, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. I appreciated that most staff spoke flawless English. My one and only criticism was on one evening we decided to eat dinner at the hotel. The waiter made us feel a little unwelcome, and like we annoyed him by simply being there. His service was attentive enough, but he just gave the impression he would have preferred we weren't there. The food however was exceptional.

Checking in late, I wanted to eat in the in-house restaurant, but because of the overwhelming cigar smoke from one of the other RESTAURANT tables (not the bar). I had to leave the premises to find another restaurant.

Nice modern hotel…though, with thin walls in connecting rooms (connecting door needs to sound proof), we could hear our next door neighbor coughing all night, that is after 13 hours of traveling. The staff, both at reception and the restaurant a bit dry, unfriendly, could try to smile a little, is free and does wonders. Regardless, we like the hotel and the area where is located, 20 minutes away from the airport and Zagreb bus terminal is only 4-5 blocks away. We would considered staying there again if we ever come back to Zagred.

O ar condicionado só chegava ao mínimo de 22 graus Celsius, reclamamos com a recepção mas mesmo assim não resolveram o problema. Temperatura externa era superior a 32 graus. Banheiro com cabelos grudados na parede. Limpeza deixou a desejar. Não havia piscina.

Generally, the stay was good. The rooms were somewhat small, but clean and fully functional. Parking is expensive. Staff could do with a few more smiles :-). Breakfast buffet was good. Generally, a good experience.

Very good hotel,

very good hotel, kind and helpful staff. I liked: location, accessibility, room (clean, new, had working desk and a cozy armchair for reading), good bed and lining, good bathroom. Not a fan of: AC system (which when turned off, was still blowing some air which felt when sitting at the table), TV could not be used for streaming and no way to connect own atreaming HDMI device, hilton "members-only" free water and fast wifi (it's 2025, c'mon)
