Hotel staff are very friendly, upon arrival we was allowed to check in slightly early. Had a standard twin room, was a small room with basic low level beds, fairly comfortable. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was of a good standard. Would return.

Please worry for a family
It has the advantage of being in the center of a tour street. Athough the facilities are out of date, it is recommended for simple accommodation. But there is no family rm. recommended on the web for 4 people.Two rm. are provided and a seperate bath rm. is also provide. However, the staff are very friendly.

Grea central hotel.
Visiting the area for a friends wedding. Zakopane is a lovely place. The hotel was well priced, very central and excellent value for money. Staff where lovely and the breakfast was superb

location perfect. staff very friendly. breakfast very good. lovely old building. beds are terribly uncomfortable which could be rectified with little expense which would add so much to a persons stay here. bar is never open.

The hotel needs some updating (particularly the twin beds!) but it represents great value for money, the staff are charming and helpful, breakfast is very good, there’s free parking (in the center of town!) and there’s free internet. The location is perfect -very close to main walking street with shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet - highly recommended.

Missing part of the shower door. Very outdated furnishings. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable! No AC which I imagine is common in a mountain area but it was hot in July. A fan would have helped. Location was excellent

Family holiday .
We arrived at 8.00am we went to leave the luggage at the reception but they gave us the room ,it was really nice and when we asked how to go to morskie oko lake they were very helpful told us from where to take the bus , breakfast was good too .We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room .

Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu.W centrum na Krupówkach.Pyszne śniadania.Pokoje economy są wystarczające jedyny problem to łazienka na korytarzu ale można z tym wytrzymać.Polecam.

Easy to find but the wall are a bit thin
Four of us spent 1 night at the hotel. The staffs are very helpful on arranging our early check in and the room is nice and comfy. However, there's no kettle or fridge in the room and the bathroom wall is a bit thin so you can hear nearly everything that happen in the bathroom while your friend is in there. The place is quite easy to find because it's near a road junction with a bus stop nearby. There's also an outdoor ice rink and a good burger restaurant opposite the road, too.

We both my daughter and me spent 2 days in this Hotel. A room was clean and well prepared but small. For us it was very good hotel for short stay hiking the mountains and spent time walking and eating on Krupówki

Great location but terrible hotel
It was a great location however we were very disappointed with the room. It was very small, bathroom was tiny, the door to the bathroom were squeaky, woke everyone up when someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. It was 2 adults and 2 kids staying in a room with no ventilation. Honestly, we felt we were suffocating, had to get up in the middle of the night to open the window for air. Also, sink was clogged, water had no pressure, it took forever to rinse my hair plus the water was changing temperature from cold to very hot while in the shower. The staff was very nice however not helpful as far as what to do; best things to see (we had only 2 days) or how to get to places. We won't stay there again, there is tons of places close by.

Hotel położony w sercu Zakopanego, gdzie wszędzie jest blisko,ale jest zaciszny.Bardzo miła obsługa, smaczne śniadania. Czyściutko i cieplutko. Bardzo polecam. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Budget hotel in heart of Zakopane
Nice people and clean. Basic and very old school but location is excellent. Parking great. Breakfast very basic. Fine for a crash out where all needed is a bed.

Nice stay in Mountain town
Week stay on Main Street of town. Great restaurant with discount for guests. Parking lot entrance 50 feet into pedestrian street. Older building with no elevator. Overall happy with stay. Free breakfast. No airconditioning cools down at night outside.

Pobyt należał do udanych. Pokój sprzątamy codziennie. Również dostawaliśmy każdego dnia butelki wody do picia. W restauracji hotelu jest rabat 20%dla gości. Sporo dzieki temu zaoszczędziliśmy. Jedzenie również bardzo smaczne. Parking dość duży. Samo centrum miasta jest największym atutem. Bardzo serdecznie polecam.

Fantastic location. Excellent property.
Zakopane is a charming destination. We lucked in with this hotel. They had a man with a mouth organ every night (NOT the same as a harmonica) which was sensational. LOVED the location of hotel. Breakfast was good, staff were nice. LOVED our room. LOVED the hotel.

Great location, v. Clean
Spent time there with 2 daughters. V. Safe, very clean. Staff extremely helpful, speak fluent English . Room small with 3 beds, but again v. Clean. Very good location. Good breakfast. Owner gave us ride back to bus station in his own car. Really great stay, we could pay more for more fancy place, but why?

Som 2 stjernet hotelet fint, men skal være opmærksom på at ikke alle værelser har badeværelse. Vi var heldige at få værelse med badeværelse. værelsesindretning fra 70-rne men ren. Senge eller rettere sagt kanapper slidte.

Nice hotel in excellent location.
Very friendly staff,fantastic breakfast,clean,perfect location,value for money. The only thing it lacked was tea/coffee maker in the rooms. Would defo stay again and recommend to anybody!
