The hotel is is a fabulous location with a mini bus to the beach with a very helpful driver and excellent service unfortunately you need your own transport to be able to explore the rest of the island due to the location. We was aware of this when booking as has stayed previously but for some this could be a problem. Some items on the description are no longer available/correct and although this wasnt a problem for us i believe the description should be updated as incorrect. Staff very friendly hardworking and helpful

Très bon séjour

Bonne localisation pour un séjour calme et reposant. Buffet varié et mention spéciale pour la viande. Personnel sympathique. Services pratiques comme le bus pour la plage ainsi que le smartphone à dispo. Location voiture et excursion en passant par l'hôtel. Par contre, qualité des desserts à améliorer. De plus, le spa est payant et pas de hammam.

Very isolated, vehicle is a must. Food was good, great idea to have a room cellphone for wifi during your stay with the ability to make free local and international calls, however I was very disappointed that this option was not available for Canada. The unavailablity of local Greek coffee was another disappointment

Quiet relaxing location.

Relaxing location. All staff very friendly & helpful. Free mini bus 4 times a day down to the beach which takes over 5mins. Accommodation very clean & tidy. Would stay again & possibility of rebooking next year.

Nice Hotel, well priced, good pool. Most of the staff are friendly, some seem to be less interested/bored... A lot of old people from the UK. Food could be better. Cocktails are of low quality, very isolated but OK if you have a rental car...

Hotel carino ma un po' scomodo

L'hotel e' carino e la formula all inclusive veramente comoda. Unica vera pecca e' la posizione, sicuramente lontana dal caos, e' l'ideale per chi cerca relax totale. Diventa poco adatta a chi vuole esplorare l'isola o anche solo fare due passi dopo cena.

Great hotel, peaceful location

Excellent place for a really relaxing break. Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful and food is excellent. The Spa and treatments are great, best massage and facial ever, by such a lovely girl. Perfect place to unwind and destress, would definitely return.

Nice hotel but very remote

If you want peace and quiet and don't mind being in the middle of nowhere this is the place for you. Plenty of food throughout the day although it was hit and miss some days and "meze night" if a definite miss. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Could do with more entertainment as it is so remote and not within walking distance of any civilisation.

Very much enjoyed the hotel location. My husband had a good massage in the spa and fell asleep which was something he finds hard to do. Did need to hire a car as there is nothing around to do nearby. could have had a bit more going on in the evenings. We did rather get bothered with flies though which were annoying.

Great isolated - but for an older crowd !

If you are looking for a quiet relaxed experience in an isolated part of the island you have it. Great over all experience - food great, shuttle daily to beach and see sunset. Onsite day spa - massage was amazing ! Definitely try. Entertainment is a pitched for an old crowd ! Or if you like 60s / 70s music and karaoke ! Considering it is an older crowd and an adults only resort - you would think yhey would have better cups that water cooler cups for pool side drinks ! Would go back for the peace and quiet and lovely staff.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location

I stayed at the Keri Village Hotel for 1 week from 3rd Sept 2015. The hotel is situated in a very quiet location. There are no nearby shops or anywhere you can walk to on foot but the hotel runs a complimentary bus service to and from Keri beach several times a day and once a day to the lighthouse. Keri beach is a pebble beach and has tree's for shade. The sea is very clean. We hired a car for a day which cost €50 this was organised by reception. The hotel has a big swimming pool which is very clean and plenty of room for sunbathing around. There is also a pool bar. The food was delicious and different everyday. Not like the usual all inclusive food which can be boring and plain. If you are going out for the day you can ask to be made a packed lunch. Bottles of water are also available from the fridge all the time. The hotel room was very spacious and cleaned every day. I personally found the bed to be very hard and not to my level of comfort. The room had very good air conditioning which was much needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A taxi from the airport to the hotel was €34 . I emailed the hotel prior to going out there and they arranged this for me. If you are looking for a quiet holiday this resort is perfect.

Pro. Posizione lontano dalla strada principale che garantisce tranquillità e silenzio. Personale disponibile e cortese. Vero trattamento all inclusive con bevande e snack disponibili al bar interno e a quello a bordo piscina. Contro. Cucina improntata prevalentemente verso ospiti inglesi (colazione inglese abbondante mentre per una colazione più tradizionale sono presenti marmellate in ciotole senza indicazione su cosa siano e fette di pane da tostare con una macchinetta che, nove volte su dieci, le restituisce bruciate e immangiabili; disponibile il pranzo al sacco su richiesta, che consiste in un panino da hot dog con una fetta di prosciutto e una fetta di formaggio, più un frutto a testa). La camera non è mai stata pulita a fondo (abbiamo anche trovato i letti con le lenzuola pulite piegate sopra e ce li siamo dovuti rifare noi). Il wifi era presente solo nella zona circostante la reception e, oltre alla difficoltà oggettiva a collegarcisi, era lenta e si disconnetteva continuamente tanto che ci siamo visti costretti a comprare una sim locale dati per poterci informare su cosa vedere sull'isola. Assurdo inoltre che non fosse stato predisposto per arrivare fino alla piscina ad una distanza di trenta metri. Il personale alla reception non è stato in grado di fornirci alcuna informazione sulle attrazioni dell'isola e su quali servizi utilizzare. L'impressione è che, con un minimo di impegno da parte della gestione, il posto possa meritarsi le quattro stelle esibite.
