Lovely reception staff, very lucky to get room early. Room more than adequate with a very good Full shower. Delicious breakfast and fabulous location! Would 100% recommend and would stay again. Thank you :)

Perfect location in Zakynthos right beside sea side bars and restaurants, shopping stores and cafes. Solomos square is in sight as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The breakfast included was a huge help for travellers. Staff were very friendly and assisted immediately if needed. Bus stops are short walking distances and we used them many times to travel to different beaches during our stay. If we go back to the island, this is where we’ll be staying.

Nice and Clean Hotel conveniently located in Town.

The location was amazing. Easy and safe to walk anywhere? Breakfast was good but wished at least 1 item of food is changed each day as we stayed 3 nights to experienced our daily breakfast. Will stay again in this hotel if we visit Zakynthos.

We really liked the position of the hotel and the personal staff is kind and efficient. A perfect place to stay in the Zakinthos town, since it is near the center, there are a lot of services and restaurant in the neighbourhood.

Great location to explore the whole island. it is very close to 3 bus stops and the hotel can arrange a tour where you are picked up from the hotel. For one weeks stay we did not get a single taxi or rent a vehicle. The hotel is also very clean, safe, friendly and has air conditioning.

A great stay

We had an amazing stay at Phoenix hotel. It is centrally located, renovated, comfortable, clean and spacious. I had an issue with my luggage (it wouldn't open) and staff was helpful trying to reopen it. I would certainly recommend it.

Very good value for money, we had a Junior Suite with separate living area and two balconies overlooking the Solomos Sq and the sea. Excellent location within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The suite was industrial in design, clean and minimalist which we liked. Breakfast was decent for a three star hotel with all the basics from juices, coffee and tea to cereals, hot and cold food. The only let down was the bathroom - very small, no shelving to leave all your stuff, water in the shower slow to drain, constantly smelt of sewage. Other than that it would have been perfect for the price, 8/10 overall for me

Hear me out. I gave 5 stars for the staff & service despite everything I'm about to mention. They messed up and didn't send the cab I had reserved, the room was supposed to be a sea view and it was on the first floor right above some loud music and having a city view. Definitely no sound proofed windows. The room was right across from the elevator and there was no sound proofing there either. The safe didn't work. The staff even came upstairs to try it so we had to leave our jewelry, money, passports locked in a carryon that someone can easily pick up and walk off with. Thankfully the staff was able to move me the next day to the top floor in the room I expected to have. This hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. If it were it would have had slippers and robes in all their rooms. Only the top floor rooms had them. the breakfast buffet is small but has what you need. Don't choose the sliced bread. It's stale and they don't have a toaster. They do not have decaf coffee either but I ordered it from the bar and wasn't charged because they didn't offer it at the buffet. Their regular coffee, however, is from a machine where you select if you want it with or without milk. My friend selected the one with the milk and it just spewed out water and milk. No coffee. So get the black coffee and use the milk they have for the cereal. In addition to all this, they offer no recycling or option to not change sheets for environmental purposes.

L’hotel si trova in pieno centro, accanto a ristoranti e negozi. Hanno parcheggio riservato per le auto ma sono pochi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione servita nel locale interno. Vi consiglio di prenotare la camera con vista mare davvero ne vale la pena.

Localização perfeita, em frente a praça. Quarto grande, com varanda ótima. Liberaram nosso check-in antecipado. Foi incrível. Único defeito foi o cafe da manhã, poucas opções, não muito gostosas, e em varios dias seguidos os pratos de servir estavam sujos.

O hotel é bem diferente das fotos, a única coisa condizente é o café da manhã que, de fato, é muito bom. Contudo, os quartos são minúsculos, velhos e muito diferente das fotos. Parece que eles colocam foto de projeto de arquitetura, mas a realidade é diferente. Apesar do desapontamento entre foto x realidade, além do café, os forros de cama estavam limpos assim como os demais itens.

Wij hadden een standaard kamer, deze is te klein om te voldoen aan 4 sterren. Inde badkamer zal schimmel en de vloer van kamer is aan vervanging toe. Door de luide muziek van het café was het niet fijn om op je balkon te zitten. Geen vier sterren waard. Personeel is wel heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt was top! Goede koffie!

Sehr zentrale Lage. Wir waren zufrieden. Nur ein Punkt Abzug wegen der Sauberkeit. Es wurde zwar jeden Tag gereinigt aber an einige Stellen war es nicht sauber.
