"The room quality is very, very good and the hotel itself is beautiful. But the real stand out is the staff! Especially the restaurant staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. I truly felt important to them and they took very good care of me and my family. The game room is amazing as well, my daughter met some new friends there and had an amazing experience. "A delightful stay! This hotel is a hidden gem! Once you walk into the hotel, you are walking back into another era, yet with all of the modern amenities of today. It is in a very convenient location. The history of the Palace is amazing. The 2nd-floor courtyard and the swimming pool were great places to escape from the crowds and action of the vibrant city."

"Property was traditional farm cottage style. I loved the fact you had access to a kitchen where tea and coffee were readily available, and a comfortable lounge. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden among the trees. Only negative factor was you had to drive everywhere due to country location of property."
