"The hotel halls STUNK every time we came in and out of our room. Luckily it didn't come in the room... but it was terrible. The bed frames were an absolute joke. It rocked and wiggled and slid even when my 2 and 5 year olds would roll over in their sleep. By the end of the 2 days the beds were no where near where they had started when we checked in. There were only 2 sets of towels in our room for 4 people. The grout needs to be redone in the bathroom. Just not what I expected for a hotel...

"Outstanding customer service, efficient team for check-in and very helpful when we had questions. We appreciated the laundry and how easy it was to pay for online. The room and bathroom was very well attended. One suggestion , bathtubs need a mat of some kind. Ours was a bit slippery for 2 old (70+) people. Overall, we would highly recommend the hotel and compliment the staff."

"The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean."
