"Clean room"

"We went the property early and got checked in early, the staff was very nice "

"Dirty walls overly painted holes in the walls. Dirty baseboards and never received clean towels and linens they always have stains and spots all over them. Currently pursuing a legal suit regarding this property they make you pay extra past the reservation you book especially if you do third party like Expedia etc. They do not give grace period to check out and will HARASS you until you’re gone. Overpriced and extremely dirty and ran through. Do not book here I beg you"

"The beds could have been much better than they were. Very cheaply done. Only one TV in the cabin, not much sitting room to accommodate 6 adults..."

"The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean."

"Proprietors were extremely friendly! Breakfast was incredibly good! (Especially those potatoes!) Prime location to visit Colonial Williamsburg! Beautiful home!"
