"The room was clean, and housekeeping came by every day to clean and replace the towels.
For the first two mornings, there was no hot water early in the morning. After I reported it, they sent a housekeeping staff member to verify the issue before alerting maintenance. By the following morning, it had been fixed, and I finally got to enjoy a blissfully hot shower.
