"It’s a beautiful property but a lot can be done to improve it .. The food wasn’t very ideal for everyone , can you plz get a chef that can make regular buffet for foreigners please . The WiFi kept going on and off it’s frustrating if you’re in a foreign country . Other than that it’s a beautiful property , great staff just needs to be updated the furniture isn’t stable , the food is not good at all . It’s nice they have an airport shuttle makes it so much easy to get to and from the airport...

"We stayed in the Mercury room. The room was fine. The windows are coloured glass with no window coverings so it gets bright when the sun comes up. The walls are thin so you can hear outside noise but it’s not loud. Good air conditioning, fan and there was a mosquito net. There is a sort of mothball smell but that’s likely from bug spray. Staff were nice and courteous. The breakfast was decent and there was a nice view of the Old Fort. The hotel is located in a main tourist shopping area."

Russell and the team are so welcoming and kind, especially to my son, who was amazed that we were staying in such a nice property, a former spice warehouse. They gave useful tips and advice on tours, arranged them for us so that we were able to see everything in the area from the history of where we were, to the Jozani forest and surrounding areas, as well as the spice farms nearby. A thoroughly lovely place run by thoroughly decent people. Would love to stay there again."
