"Beautiful hotel, some flaky untrue information at check-in had us waiting for hours while somebody else was still in the room and incorrectly told they could stay longer. Meanwhile, the kept on telling us just wait another 30 minutes multiple times. A pity, the hotel itself is wonderful"
