"The room and food were excellent. The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. I book a room with a double bed with mountain view (paid extra for) and there is no such room. If you stay there, contact the hotel directly prior to booking to make sure the room exist. The hotel understood the mistake and they were going to relocate after the second night to a new room for the last 2 nights, but it was too much trouble to move. Been to Japan over 50 times and this resort is...

"The environment is very quiet and comfortable. The playground is very big. The facilities are neat and clean, although they are a bit old. The room is spacious and clean. The hot spa is very comfortable. You can enjoy the drink and the snack in the bar after the hot spa. It was a wonderful night."

"This a great place to stay if you are looking for a typical Japanese hotel with a hot spring in the hotel and within walking distance of the Zao ski area. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They have a nice lounge area to relax after skiing. We had 1/2 board that included a typical Japanese breakfast and dinner - both expertly served and outstanding. Highly recommended hotel!!!"
