The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The sheets on the bed were not very soft so I found them to be scratchy. The paid parking was accessible to the hotel lobby so that was GREAT. It was challenging to find it, but the staff were very helpful and gave us perfect directions to the garage. Staff was super! Everything was very walkable to the hotel.

Parking excellent plus Ev charging Staff wonderful. Bed very comfortable Location great. Only problem was a sound like an alarm started at 6 am think it came through aircon vent it lasted about 29 mins!!!! We would return though

The negatives: The price was high for what was received. The rooms are small. If arriving by car, it's virtually impossible to check-in before parking in the parking lot, which is on the back side of the hotel and not the easiest to find. If driving, call ahead to get parking lot instructions (have your plate number handy when you push the reception call button). The positives. The hotel is in a great area to be able to walk to many historical sites, dining, and shopping. The hotel restaurant has a couple very good tapas plates (humus, french fries, Iberian ham.

The hotel is clean, but its best days are behind it. Access to the hotel parking lot is difficult. The navigation system directs you to the parking lot of a neighboring hotel. The air conditioning and ventilation in the room are poor. The cooling is regulated to 22 degrees Celsius . I had to sleep with the window open and put up with street noise.

Absolutely brilliant hotel in old town Zaragoza

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was also immaculate with great water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel is well-located in the old town part of Zaragoza. Really excellent value and would highly recommend.
