"We liked the fact you could get free hot drinks, but our room was cold, the sofa was very uncomfortable and there was only one english channel on the TV. Also we had dinner and the food was awful neither my son or myself were able to eat our meals. We paid for breakfast and that was very poor also selection was limited and what was there of the hot food was dry and cold."

"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc.
We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. We had a baby so this was very inconvenient but the reception desk did not apologise despite our being upset.
The breakfast is excellent and the...

"From the moment we walked through the door the staff were friendly, attentive and warm. Hotel was spotless, rooms comfortable and cosy. We were upgraded which was a lovely start to our 3 night stay. We had breakfast one morning, great variety and well presented. I think the cost was slightly high but perhaps would be lower if booked in...
