"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist us with check-in. This one surprised us. I think they may have had a video showing the process. We just followed the instructions, but we were in a drizzling rain as it was getting dark."

"Habitación muy limpia y cómoda, aunque oscura y calurosa. El staff simplemente hace su trabajo. Lejos de Oldtown, nada que ver en los alrededores. Para conseguir lugares de comida hay que caminar 15 minutos a un sector de locales. Estación del tren a 8 minutos caminando (29 CHF/ $36 USD) pase diario para el sistema de transporte de la ciudad."

"Hotel was very nice and prime location near the mineral baths and park with playground for kids. Slightly inconvenient that the 0 level rooms are still up two small half flights of stairs with no elevator. Was a struggle with 2 kids and all our stuff solo but otherwise wonderful hotel."
