"The property has no wifi and I had no mobile phone reception in that area.
There's no iron but there is an ironing board. There were old socks under the guest bed and under the wardrobe, possibly not cleaned very well. Overall it is clean at a surface level.
The hot water for washing up runs out very quickly.
Beware the google map location locates this property in Perranporth town but itis not, the actual location (using the post code) is Haven holiday park at Perran Sands.

"The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

"Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea.
Comfortable for a group of 4 persons.
Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives.
Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email.
We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses. But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time."
