"The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a great size and I really enjoyed the quirky decor, the bed is amazingly comfortable and HUGE. There isn’t much in the local area immediately outside of the hotel, but the tram / metro is very close plus it’s 15-20 minutes to Grand Place by foot anyway. The only downside, and it is a big downside, is that it’s very noisy. Perhaps this is just if you’ve got a room on the front of the hotel like we did. "Very friendly staff helpful with information and any questions. Able to store bags before and after check in/out with no problems. Tristram was extremely welcoming and chatty in a warm and professional way. The room had everything we needed along with free water and a very effective heating/ cooling system. A bit of fun with the toilet button in reception, try it if you stay. The hotel is close to walk to all major attractions and has shops/ cafes near by and the tram. Highly recommend."
