"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities."

"It’s not bad at all—considering the price, the distance from the city center is understandable. Overall, it was okay. However, the place felt a bit like a ghost town—abandoned, with no reception in sight. During our two-night stay, I couldn't find breakfast on either morning, even though I was up by 7 a.m. both days.

"Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple along with a cute kitchenette area and plenty of room to spread out. Everything was extremely clean and seemed new. The location is great as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions but far enough from all the hustle and bustle. Will def be back soon. "
