We killed 5 spiders, mildew/mold was all over the ceiling in the guest bedroom A/C vents, the master bed doors were broken & would not close, 2 adults slept on the pull out couch and it was horrible (the springs were broken and bungeed together). We had to go to the front desk and ask for sheets and blankets for the pull out bed, once we got the sheets they were still damp from...

Mostly probably from normal wear and tear Jacqueline was pleasant and professional. She greeted us graciously before."
