"Early morning, on Saturday 16th there were no proteins available at the breakfast room. There were some bread slices, pastries, waffles and some fruit, but no eggs or traditional breakfast meat of some type. It appears that they were understaffed that morning. I had to ask for some napkins because there weren't any in the napkin box. I didn't bother to go back for breakfast on Sunday. The room, bed, bathroom and towels were clean. "The property was nice and close to everything. However, my husband got a gash on his leg when he hit a rod sticking out of the bed. Tried to get with staff and did not get any response. I also sent an email to the hotel when incident happened. I took pictures of the injury and the sharp rod sticking out. I would like to file a formal complaint because other people are going to get hurt. Please advise. Thank you"

"Second time staying here. Roon was clean, staff where very friendly. Didn't try the breakfast this time, not that great last time. Use the parking lot this time, it was ok. The common areas were not that clean, the elevators need an upgrade"
