The room and the hotel was very clean, but they only change the towels one time time during the stay, I went to request towels, they gave them to me and the next day the went to change towels, make the beds, and take out the garbage. I request for more coffee and never got it, but downstairs the had. The experience, in general, was very good."

"The room was not ready when they gave us the key to check in. They immediately change another room for us but only 1 set of towels for 2 people for 3 nights stay. One of the associates from front desk was very stingy (he was having a hard time to focus to work and also not friendly) and not willing to give us only 1 more set of towels and recommended me to get it from the housekeeper which is convenient for him but not to the guests.
