"The price was very fair for the condition of the property and location of the property. The front desk staff was very pleasant and was sincere in trying to make the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is in very poor condition, and the rooms are not clean. There seems to be families or people living at the hotel long term. "Stayed 8/3-8/5 2026. Property was very clean and organized. All staff were friendly and seemed in good moods. The breakfast was a standout for me because there were fresh blueberries and strawberries to go along with the yogurt and granola. That's unusual and appreciated! The grab-and-go food was also well-stocked with great variety. It is in a very busy area but far enough off the main avenue so you don't hear any traffic, even facing that direction. Would recommend."
