"I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and stocked with towels, washcloths etc.. Front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent. Could use thicker towels but the ones they have do the job. Bed was a little on the hard side for me but I did get sleep. Pool was nice and clean."

"One night stay after universal studios trip. Easy check in and very quiet on top floor, we had a two queen room with couch bed and kitchenette! Pet friendly and decent breakfast with coffee and water offered all day. There is a gator Named “Winter” in a pond in the back, they were unbothered! Would stay again to get out of the “Orlando bubble” when visiting!"

"This hotel is one of the dirtiest rank and dankest hotels that I've ever stayed in. The manager here is rude disrespectful and thoughtless. Those roaches and bed bugs which I have pictures of. The rooms are cleaned surface only they have a pungent odor tone and a thick film of it who knows what. My suggestion is to stay anywhere but here and the breakfast is not buffet bare Bones stale bland food."
