"Very poor experience. The hotel charges an excessive $100 deposit per night plus an additional $7 fee per night. The hallway ice machines/coolers were broken, dirty, and clearly not maintained. The staff at both check-in and check-out were unfriendly and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome. Considering the high fees and lack of service, this hotel does not provide good value for the money. I would not stay here again."

"We checked in on Sunday night and had a great room with a great view because the view was at a wall so nobody could see in our room on the second floor! I relaxed for a while and my boyfriend brought home dinner and we ate it and went to the pool. McKenzie was so nice, she let us stay 10 minutes extra at the pool!!!!! It was so peaceful!!!!!! The location is perfect. There’s every restaurant and store around there that you can walk to It’s not in downtown Clermont, but it’s at an intersection...

"Staff personable and helpful about area and hotel. Room was excellent and the beds more comfortable than many other hotels I have stayed in during 2026, ie Fairfield, Comfort In & Suites. Appreciated only 3 pillows on the bed instead of 4 or more which is totally unnecessary and extras end up on the floor!"
