"One night stay after universal studios trip. Easy check in and very quiet on top floor, we had a two queen room with couch bed and kitchenette! Pet friendly and decent breakfast with coffee and water offered all day. There is a gator Named “Winter” in a pond in the back, they were unbothered! Would stay again to get out of the “Orlando bubble” when visiting!"

"The employees were very friendly and helpful. The manager made special points to ask how everything was. The rooms very very well maintained and clean. We definitely will stay here again when we are in the Sanford-Lake Mary area!"

"No amenities provided, staff was insanely rude kept telling I did not have a reservation that I was getting scammed by Expedia. I showed her the PDF receipt and they said she couldn’t accept it. After I showed her the account then she magically found my reservation. The room was so small and honestly not clean. The shower curtain was stained with something dark/dirt. Overall 0/10."

"Older property but decently renovated. 30-45 minutes to Disney, 20 to Universal and SeaWorld, 10 into downtown. Clean (although I agree with another review that the floors in my room blackened my socks too), safe location but traffic can get noisy facing JYP and 4, great staff, pool and breakfast were fine.
