"Hotel is beautiful and has so much charm and history. Perfect location to downtown. Friendly staff. Hotel is older and the architecture and atmosphere is old Florida. Staff are wonderful and super nice. We had an issue with our hotel door knob and couldn’t get out of the room once we entered. But they came and fixed it immediately. We did not eat at the hotel but had drinks at the bar one night and it was lovely."

"Reached out the week before to cancel room. Then again days before check in. My mom was under Hospice care and I was in PA unable to attend my aunts memorial in Apopka Florida caring for my mom who past on Wednesday. I wrote the reason why and didn’t have the curtesy to respond. Disappointed"

"Room was very clean w exception of not enough towels. The evening front desk gentleman was very helpful and polite. The parking was easy and convenient. I used the workout room and it was well equipped. The pool was clear and so clean. It was nice being able to do my water aerobics during my stay. Breakfast offered plenty of choices."
