Great property.. incredible views from our patio. Breakfast was great too. Only (very) small concern was the shower in our unit did not have a head high hook. Only a hand held shower head. But don’t let stop you staying here… the views alone are worth the stay.

This property was very cute and the room was quant and tidy. It was a short (~10 minute) walk from the train stop, which was nice to get away from all the tourists. The breakfast had good selection. One downside is that the other guests were a bit loud at night and we could hear them.

This was a great property walking distance to the gondola to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. The breakfast buffett that was included was delicious and the staff was very great at assisting with anything that came up. Thank you so much!

I didn’t realize that you could actually book a room for 1 person. Once I got to the room I realized that it was only for 1 person. The person that checked us in saw that it was me and my mother and say nothing about it. The next day we were having breakfast and someone from the counter came in while we were having breakfast and started yelling at us that we were trying to steal from the hotel. I tried to explained what happened but the old fart was super rude and disgusting.

I stayed at the Alpenblick Superior for one night while in Zermatt. The hotel was conveniently located to the main train station, old town, shopping and dining. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. Free breakfast very good with both hot and cold options. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the Matterhorn Glacier Gondola. Easy walk from the train station even with luggage. We had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the top floor.

The property and service was lovely. The access to the private sauna was amazing and the breakfast quality and variety was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Also, the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was perfect and stunning.

Fantastic Hotel!
This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and they serve a great breakfast! Super easy walk to the Gondola for skiing as well. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was comfortable. It was very close to the lift. Only a 5 minute walk. Breakfast everyday was great too. Would stay there again next time I visit, definitely!

Poor service
We stayed at the one bedroom apartment for two nights. The rate was supposed to be breakfast inclusive yet the reception told us to pay extra. No elevator to the room and the staff did not even attempt to lend us a hand for the luggages. The apartment itself is very nice, spacious and well-equipped. We love the kitchen and the big balcony with Matterhorn view. However, the service is unacceptable.

Gem near the base of the Matterhorn gondola
My stay at the Alpenblick was excellent. It was very conveniently located near the base of the Matterhorn Paradise gondola. It had a great ski room. It’s a lovely hotel. Breakfast had a very nice variety of options. The sauna was lovely. The management was incredibly accommodating. The hotel was very clean. Nice bathtub with shower. Gorgeous views of the Matterhorn and the town. Lovely balcony, I would definitely book again.

Nice, close to lifts, unique
Very homey and relaxed atmosphere. It's a nice historical building and suitable decor inside, it might be not as new, modern and posh as some other hotels, but it has everything you need for a good ski vacation: good breakfast(excellent fresh bread), 5 minutes walk to lift, sauna for after skiing, with cold massage shower, good quality mattress and bedding for good night sleep. It's only a 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants and downtown. The rooms are simple but have all you need including a coffee machine, kettle (lot\s of hotels don't include it, and it's very inconvenient if you drink tea and not coffee). I also loved that they have lots of flowers inside even in winter. You can get a room, with the view to Matterhorn, my room has a new updated bathroom, and good size too. On the day of departure, I left my bags at the hotel, and I took a shower after skiing, changed clothes and the concierge (Thank you, Piter) called for a taxi. All in all I really enjoyed my stay.

The only reason for the 4 stars is because I found rooms quite small and that you could hear noises from the corridor and rooms next door.

This hotel is truly one-of-a-kind, boasting an incredible history. My room was spacious, the bathroom was fantastic, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a departure from the usual.
