"It’s very close to train station, stores and restaurants. You can walk 10 minutes to see Matterhorn from village. The apartment that we got is at 3rd floor so we have to lift our luggage up. No storage space to hold your luggage after you check out but you can leave your luggage at the basement where is an open space, no locker or door to keep your items safe. You also can store luggages at locker room at train station which offer different size of locker. Please note that we have to pay taxes...

"Lokasi hotel sangat strategis dengan kondisi kota Zermatt yg kecil dan menjaga originalitas menjadi sangat wajar kalau ruangan sangat sempit. Kondisi yg kurang bisa diterima adalah harus mengangkat koper yg besar sebagai traveler dr luar negeri ke lantai empat dengan tangga yg sangat sempit. Kondisi lain yang tidak memuaskan adalah karena extending 1 hari melalui pemesanan hotels.com, namun hotel memperlakukan kami sebagai tamu yg berbeda sehingga ketika waktunya check out, seprai dan sarung...

"This property is wonderful! Staff is wonderful! No air conditioning in summer. Directions from Expedia from train station to the hotel is NOT correct if you plan on walking from train station to hotel. My advice… call the hotel and have them shuttle you from train station to hotel. It’s a free shuttle to and from hotel. Wonderful stay! Absolutely incredible view of the Matterhorn. "
