"This hotel was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. It is conveniently located across from the train station at the start of the "main street" which has many shops and restaurants.
The restaurant only serves breakfast, and it is high quality. There is a buffet included, but you can also order some items for free (like omelets) or for a small additional cost. I only ate the included buffet - and it had everything you could want - fruit, cheese, meat, eggs, bread, yogurt, cereals...There is...
"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING.

"Beausite Zermatt was a fabulous hotel to stay in for our 3 day hiking trip to the area. We received friendly advice from the concierge on appropriate level hikes and places to eat on the mountains.The breakfast was decadent and the spa/pool options were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful deck and view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special. You will not regret staying here!"

"Dank des äusserst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal fühlten wir uns hier wirklich willkommen und konnten unseren Aufenthalt voll und ganz geniessen. Die Lage unmittelbar bei der Sunegga-Bahn und nahe beim Bahnhof und Ortszentrum ist perfekt. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist top."
