"The staff at the desk were very helpful and accomplished. Located close to restaurants etc. Very cute place to visit."

"I cancelled the stay but they still charged me."

"Rude staff at the reception and check out. Could do with focusing on customer service."

"Geweldig personeel, mooie kamers, fijne zeep en shampoo op de kamer. Ontbijt was goed!"

"Zelfs in Brabant is de voertaal nu Engels! Overigens keurig hotel, wel vrij duur"

"Alles was top, heel leuk en nieuw hotel, beste is dat ze gewoon een gratis parking hebben."

"Staff was friendly. The place was really cute. It was hard to maintain the air temperature in our rooms but that was the only minor issue we had. The location was perfect as it was walkable."

"No reception staff. There's a sign in Dutch to go around the corner. I had to ask a passerby to help as the phone message was also only in Dutch with no option to speak to someone. They helped me figure out to push a call button on a nearby door. This led to a passageway that led to another call box to press. Once inside I was greated by a box with a hologram of a receptionist that guided me through coding my own key card. Only the cleaning staff was around during the day. They threw bedding on...

"The entire facility is top notch. Wonderful decor with everything being well maintained. The restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer."

"Très bien accueilli, le personnel est très serviable. Très bon rapport qualité prix qualité prix"

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, which were not stated prior to arrival. The room I was assigned was tatty and needing updating, and was not to the usual standard of room I have stayed in previously at this hotel. The renovations are bothersome, with the corridors covered in plastic sheeting including debris, and noise from the building works."

"Leuk en mooi hotel, hartje Breda. Auto parkeren bij hotel is een optie en superhandig! Even aangeven bij reservering. Centrum op loopafstand. Kamers en badkamer waren goed! Ontbijt super! Voor herhaling vatbaar:)"

"We stayed here as part of my Birthday Trip. Staff greeted me immediately during check in and had our roomy available with a cute surprise waiting for me. The hotel is very vibrant and cool. I enjoyed using the gym and it’s cool that there is also a food hall and bar connected to the hotel. Highly Recommended when in Rotterdam"
