"Not for the first time has Italy blown us away. This property was perfect for our short break. We were met at the main door, shown to our room that had a balcony. The room was spotless as was the private bathroom. Tea and coffee was available in the lobby. The room had air conditioning and was in a perfect location for the main square/ arena. We can't fault this room or Roberto. In fact we are planning on returning next year with more of our family."

"This was a terrific hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was average sized, but nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, quiet room and modern bathroom. The location couldn't be better; a short block to Piazza Bra and the coliseum. The breakfast was amazing with an array of delicious choices. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and bar along with a spa. We did not eat there, but it looked very inviting to have a drink or eat dinner. We were only there for one night, but it checked...

"Terrible property. The ac who was only in one small area Leaked all over my shoes. The power went out in the middle of the night, so I had no charge on my phone. The owner was rude, when I asked him about oiwwr he said I can go charge in the gagrage. About the stay, told me he would do something, when I asked him later, he said he did not say that and it’s my fault. Stay away from this terrible place."

"The staff was great. Not much English but I’m in Italy. No issues communicating. The place is very convenient and easy to walk for dining and entertainment. The TV screen was smaller than the one I had in college but your not in Italy to watch TV. Slept great. Small shower but great water pressure and hot water. I’d happily stay here again."
