"There were pros ands cons:
Pro’s - we were put in a room with a full kitchen. But the description never said that, just “microwave and fridge” - so that was really nice to have that!
- we got a small discount because we were there for the RattleSnake Wine Tour. Also a great bonus
- very clean and organized in the room.
- swimming area and jacuzzi were great
- laundry room available making things fast and efficient
- just a really nice kitchen set up
- the breakfasts were awesome. A chef there was cooking omelettes or eggs anyway u like. Two different kinds of waffle machines.
- thanks for having a Keurig coffeemaker!
Cons:
- they pulled the first nights room charge, before we even checked in, there was no communication about it beforehand . Little bit of a shock. At least text or email about it! When I queried this with the one person I’d been speaking to, another person blurted out behind the counter “thats a pending charge” but i said no its a charge she cut me off saying its just a pending charge. But I checked again and it was a charge - no pending wording. A day later the charge did not change.
- the washing machine said $2.75 but the charge to my card was $8. I asked about this at the front desk and again was told its a pending charge but it didn’t say pending. As a note I’ve had pending charges in the past on this card, so there’s a software glitch in the Best Western side
Overall it was a really nice stay! I’ll be coming back."
