"The staff was always cheerful and helpful unwilling to chat. If you want an activity, they all knew how to get it for you, even if it was supposedly booked full. Breakfast was always perfect as much as little as you needed and the coffee was hot. It was nice. They had a little store on site if you wanted to soda or a bottle of water or an alcoholic beverage. "This company should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as they overbooked my room even though i booked 3 months prior.. Tried to put me in a budget hotel until i pointed that out. Definitely will never stay or recomend this to anyobr."

Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies. But we were grateful to have a meal without having to head back out into town"
