Les 2 piscines de la rĂ©sidence sont dissociĂ©s en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du mĂȘme niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible Ă Jawhara 2 oĂč nous Ă©tions malheureusement). Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivĂ©s selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de mĂȘme de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant quâune chambre puisse se libĂ©rer car il avait louĂ© la notre !
