"The breakfast was excellent. The choice is limited to 5 or 6 meals but the actual food was exceptional. Gorgeous homemade meals eg avocado on sourdough or muesli & fruit. There are no cereals or a buffet but there are croissants for younger children. "

"I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. The buffet breakfast is great. There are so many options and a menue one can order from as well. The sauna and pool on property are fantastic as well. The hotel is right next to Museum Island and has lots of transportation options. I would definitely book here again."

"The Circus Apartments are amazing. We travelled with a 1 year old and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, allowing us to check-in slight early, providing an actual cot(not a travel) and a box of toys and books. The staff were warm and welcoming with no question too much to ask. The facilities are exactly as listed with coffee, tea and snacks available from reception. The location of the apartment is the reason we booked this apartment - close to Mitte but also within walking distance to train stations. The fact our stay was made so comfortable was even better! "

"The family room was extremely small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a shambles—very disorganised, and if you arrived late, there was very little choice. At times, there was no cutlery or cups available. When booking with Hilton, I expected a certain standard and level of quality, but those expectations have been dispelled. I was really disappointed."
