Was not good would like a refund never got breakfast was told it’s not included in my plan. Also room was freezing AC was faulty swimming I was told cannot use. Not happy at all

Decent stay
Decent stay. Property is nice and well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. Breakfast buffet was a mess, the hotel was understaffed to handle the crowd. It took long time to get a table cleaned and to get the orders served.

Great location for business travellers or people travelling to HP .cleanliness is superb and breakfast is having good variety. Staff is also polite and customer oriented.

We stayed for one day during which there were multiple power cuts . The power cuts were too many!

Checkin was problematic .. they gave me an already occupied room… !! In the night the electricity went off only for my room for sometime so had to call to fix.. was fixed instantly. Rest fine. Bfast was good. They got the football channel for me too. Staff are nice just that due to Covid and no usage of hotels, things aren’t proper .. this hotel though is expensive for the proposition it offers..

Pathetic service. I had to call thrice and eat for 5 hours to get a tooth paste from your staff. Your TV doesn’t work, tata sky is kept hidden. The room had a stench.

Was Preeti good but can improve more washroom needs mats after shower .rooms should smell same like the entrance. Otherwise good place to stay.

reception staff very callous.
reception staff very callous. could not confirm my booking even after showing them the voucher. took lot of time for them to clear the booking. Room full of cigarette smell. even after repeated reminders room not changed. Breakfast was included in my booking , but hotel refused to accept that even after showing the voucher where it cleared mentioned breakfast included. Very unpleasant stay.
