Clean friendly hotel, I stay here a lot for business, was perfect choice for stay to catch up with friends from nearby.

Great shower, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. It's a covenient location to travel. Staff are friendly and speak good english

A clean, modern, vibrant hotel designed in partnership with the neighbouring IKEA concept centre, and furnished almost entirely with IKEA furniture. That may not be everyone's idea of how a good hotel should be - but it works, and it's good. Parking is plentiful and inclusive, EV charging points too, cycle hire on site. The Delft City shuttle runs directly from the hotel car park. Adjacent to a busy IKEA store and motorway intersection. It's a half hour walk into Delft - and well worth it....

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious . The breakfast was amazing ! A special thank you to the chefs who were polite ,friendly and very helpful. Beautiful building, very nicely decorated and cosy interior. Excellent location to walk around the town and close to the station. Nice bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Large bathroom with an excellent shower. Great breakfast buffet and good coffee. I loved it !

Great modern and classy hotel

Hotel is perfectly located in centre of city while also being near some nice parkland and open spaces. Main rail station is only 5-6 minutes walking distance from hotel. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel is clean, well maintained and offers a good breakfast. My room on the 4th floor faced the garden area at back of hotel and was quiet at night. My bed was comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. Staff are polite and helpful and in particular I’d like to thank...

Everything at the Intercity hotel Leiden was perfect. The staff were brilliant always very willing to help, check in and out were simple and quick. My room was very clean and quiet and the bed and shower were great. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Delft

Staff are multi-lingual very helpful. Gluten free options if you ask. Breakfast gluten free rolls were yummy. Beautifully decorated in Rubens restaurant for the festive season.

The Indes is an institution in the Hague, and whilst some hotels rely on the past, this hotel excels on so many levels. It's beautiful, but first and foremost the staff (ambassadors as they're known) are some of the best we've ever come across in the Netherlands, and that's going some as the Dutch are great at hospitality! From the door man to the waiting staff, everyone speaks to you and makes sure you have everything you need. The room was lovely and a good size, and the bathroom was big...

Lovely room, very close to parking, less than 10 minutes walk from town centre. The staff were professional and friendly. We'd definitely stay again.
