The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. My room was comfy and I felt very safe. The neighborhood is good but you will probably want a car. "The front desk agents were very helpful and attentive. The called my taxi and help me with my reservation to Christ the Redeemer. One of them even print and rescheduled my reservation!"

"Great experience! English-speaking staff made it so easy. Location is in a very safe area. Breakfast buffet was incredible and we were so glad they had protein (eggs, bacon, and yogurts)--which was not available in other Brazilian hotels we stayed at, as carbs/cake are often served for breakfast. Nearby is an açai bowl place (bonus)."
