"Front staff were amazing and arranged transportation was great. Breakfast was great. Only problem was we booked site due to rooftop restaurant with great view. Hotel rents restaurant for events and it was closed to guests. Management would not allow us to visit rooftop after the event just to see views at night. So, don’t plan on visiting rooftop after."

"Retro Athens Hotel was a small boutique hotel with 16 rooms. Hotel was very modern. Shower area was large and separate from toilet. Bed was comfortable. There was a small balcony that overlooked the streets below.
Breakfast had a small but tasty selection. There was always cucumber water, coffee, tea and cookies available in the lobby all day. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. There was a metal gate on the door that was locked for safety. You used your room key for entry.

"The location was excellent. Right in the middle of attractions and plenty of restaurants and shopping (including supermarket) nearby. We had a fantastic view of the acropolis from our room and there is a roof top with great views as well. Staff were generally friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
