"The hotel entrance was a bit tricky to find, but luckily someone walked by to open the door. The staff was super helpful and patient in explaining the facilities and house rules. Great central location with easy access to everything!"

"Sitio perfecto para dormir si vas recorriendo el Danubio en bici. Eszyergom merece ver una puesta de sol al lado del rio."

"Great space and quality for cost. Great location, short walk to metro. Very quiet. Just need to make an effort to communicate arrival time when you are close as there is no reception."

"Booked and.paid for a river view. Was not available when we.got there. No rebate offered. Parking is a pain and they have no help available for taking luggage upstairs. Two women staff did help with heavy bags. There was no.lift. I would not return O"

"Checking in was very easy We got few coffee pods and tea All cooking utensils are ready Bathroom and toilet very clean Nice balcony for morning coffee, and direct view to the city center Only issue is the picture shows bath tub; and there was none"

"Never send me the email with the ibstructions that was supposed I should receive 24 hour prior 3pm when I could access to the propierfy. They advertise that have luggage storage and it's not true! I mailed them asking fir instructions about it and never answred back. The instructions are very general instead individualized and there are many complications to find the front desk. One you overtake all those dufficults it was quiet and easy to be there. Rooms are ok for the price and location"

"Thanks for a good stay."

"Kincso is really nice and professional."

"Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal"

"There were places close by. However, check-in to the appartment was a huge problem. We knew that there wouldn't be a check-in personnel. But the instructions provided and codes sent were both problematic and wrong. The room was not clean and the bathroom had serious problems."
