"Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place."

"I enjoyed my stay in Shkoder. The hotel was conveniently situated between the Castle and the city centre. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. "The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades"

"Sublime experience from start to finish. Check in was so friendly and helpful, recommended restaurants fo dinner along with directions. The hotel is only a few months old and everything was immaculate. The room was large and so comfortable, included was a big television. Breakfast was superb also. I can’t fault this hotel at all, a real find and such great value. "
