"The staff was okay. We came home dusty from the Rodeo on Saturday. We were in a room that slept 6. We were only given 2 bath towels. We asked for more and were told to go downstairs. We went downstairs and were told there were no more towels. Very frustrating."

"The room was clean! I brought my own yoga mat, but loved the workout room. I used the "office" area as well, to work on a few things. This was helpful. Bfast was +100, i had biscuits and gravy and went back for seconds. I was on a road trip and used the carwash nextdoor. This was a great reset stop. I was only there 10 hours, maybe. But it did a good job! "

"When I first arrived, one of the two elevators was out of order. Upon entering the room, I found a small cockroach in the bathroom, and the curtains were quite dirty. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and the free breakfast wasn't bad. However, unless the issues I mentioned are fixed, I wouldn't want to stay here again."

"This room looks nothing like the photos online. It’s roach infested! I did not stay. Once I got there I walked right out and dis not get my refund! The dude at check and was very rude and over charged my card after I’d booked 3rd party! The entire building smiled like pee! I’m furious and I was having a major surgery the next day. I travel 9 hours to Houston only to be met with a room like this. I understand it’s priced low but omg it was so discussing in that building! I cried so hard because...
