"Llegamos minutos para 12:am muy cansados ,La habitacion huele a viejo, El cubre colchón estaba manchado la colcha tanbien tenia mancha en medio. Y no la pudimos usar, pero al siguiente dia le dije a trabajadora y le dije que las sabanas estaban sucias, y el dijo que no era sucio, que era mancha, pero las canbio el sofa estava sucio oh manchado,seria bueno que hagan canbios de las vosas mas visibles"

"The place was terrible. Only the night guy was great. The morning and afternoon crew were horrible. Room had cockroaches and I told him to clean the room every single day but they did not. It smell like maneuver."

Upon arrival once someone finally came to the front desk, about 5 minutes after arriving, he seemed unsure of how to look up information and what to do. He never found the reservation and suggested that I should not use services like Expedia because they just try to cheat you out of money. Anyway, I was not given a room. "The manager said our check in on line wasn't there after we showed him the confirmation number he didn't accept it he wanted to charge us full price and said if we don't get a room with in 15 minutes he was going to call the cops... So we left not a good experience... "

"The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...
