"The staff were very nice and there were always staff cleaning the elevators and the floors. However, invest in facilities management. The rooms could be so much better. They’re clean but run down. Paint pealing in the windowsill, cracked tiles in the bathroom, fan vents that don’t work making all the condensation trap into the bathroom after a shower, and rugs that are stained. "Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm. "

"When I pulled up I wasn't sure what to expect, but the room was terrific. Very clean and comfortable, with a modern make over. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was incredibly friendly. Very happy I gave it a chance. Would definitely return. "

"The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too."

What sealed the deal is that we then heard screaming (domestic violence) from another room, realized there wasn't a phone to call down quickly to the front desk. I have stayed in many low budget spots and have never left a hotel, let alone left without a backup plan."
