Huone oli sellainen kuin sen kuuluikin olla. Sänky hyvä ja lakanat puhtaat ja siistit. Myös huone siisti. Suihku ja wc kunnossa ja siistejä. Hotellilta pääsy kätevästi raitiovaunulla joka suuntaan eikä kävellenkään paha matka.

Schimmel- oder Schmutzflecken an der Wand im Badezimmer, ein zu kleiner Klositz, eine herausgerissene Steckdose, Sitzgelegenheiten die super unappetitlich ausgesehen haben. Bett war sauber überzogen und Badezimmer geputzt. Erstkontakt nach Beschwerde war ok, danach keine Rückantwort mehr.

It might be a low price but I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I received the key and the room was not clean from previous guest. Tried to call via the number in the booking mail but gave up after 20 minutes. Finally got some help to clean the room but hours late. People smoking outside the window. Noisy. Try to avoid if you can.

It was hell. There was no air conditioning, it smelled bad, and there was zero care. They left a couple of "amenities" lying around in the sink. You don't know if they're really there or if someone left them behind. The closet is in bad condition. The room is neglected and not really clean. The only good thing I can say is that the Transavia bus stop was nearby. Ah!! And the amount of introductory material they send in a thousand languages... because they only read it in the language of the reservation and that's it! I don't recommend it.

Værelset var rent, lugtede af gammel røg, var kedeligt. Der var et ubrugeligt, elendigt samlet, skab uden en eneste bøjle. Badeværelset var fint, men ingen sæbe, shampoo eller krus. Badeforhæng var i stykker og jalousi for vinduet var permanent lukket, for det var også i stykker.

That place was a dump, the room smelled like an ashtray. No mirror in the bathroom. The corridors and the elevator had garbage in them for two days. No curtains on the windows. The bed was likely from the 50's. The overwhelming smell was so strong we used a full deodorizer spray bottle and it didn't really help. Expedia should be ashamed to be associated with such a place.

Une horrible expérience. Dès l'arrivée, tout est sale, le hall, les escaliers. Puis la chambre, une odeur horrible de tabac et je ne sais quoi. Pour continuer, vitre de fenêtre félée, puis dans le bac du frigidaire, des déchets de nouriture, la hotte qui se décroche, de la moisissure dans la salle de bains, pas de porte à l'armoire de la salle de bain et de la rouille à l'intérieur de celle-ci. Dans la chambre pas de rideau, ni de stores. Et cerise sur le gateau, pas de serviettes de toilette, alors que celles ci sont prévues dans la location, alors que nous avons loué un "studio ville" et que des serviettes sont prévues dans la description. Heureusement, la literie était propre et visiblement, le logement avait été nettoyé mais un seul conseil : A FUIR. Il est difficile de comprendre comment "Hotel.com" peut proposer ce type de logements à la location.

1. The TV outlet is not installed, despite is not necessary to go around is still dangerous if any item falls near it. 2. No AC nor fan to ventilate the room. They should install at least a ceiling fan. It's impossible to sleep with that heat 3. Bad odor off the toilet sink. 4. The mattress is wasted and you can feel the coils 5. Bad pillow smell, they have to wash not only the pillow cover sheet, they have to wash the pillow. 6. The staff never answer Expedia messages. I asked a simple question from day 1 and no one answered. 7.it should be advertised that there's no fan/AC/ ventilation system, not even opening the window works plus you get mosquitos inside de room Concluding Expedia's property description MUST provide the property condition accuracy. This is my worst experience, first time in Zurich and definitely I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY, it's too pricy for the condition of this place.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this place. I’d give it zero stars if i could. My check in time was 11 am i was just doing other things and they had a self check in box which they gave me a code for and prior to arrival. Seemed like it would be a smooth entrance into my room. I arrived around 11 pm tired and ready to just shower and go to bed but unfortunately i was not able to do that ! I retrieved the keys easily from the box thinking the hard part is over because i got the keys but nope it was all way downhill from there. None of the keys that came out of the machine opened the front door to apartment building ! I had to wait until someone came into the building to let me inside . I thought maybe i didn’t use the key properly so i had the person try to open the door with keys i had and he informed that none of the keys i had opened the front door. I was in lobby having to make an expensive international call to property and find out what was going on . The lady on the phone informed me someone would be there in 15 min so that would be around 11:15 PM which is already a whole 12 hrs after the time i was supposed to have the correct keys to property i paid to use . After having to make several more expensive international phone calls, someone finally showed up at 2AM which is now the following day after my reservation was supposed to start . Not only that the guy showed up with like 100 keys not even knowing which one was for the door!!!

The room was clean, but the shades were kind of worn out. The bathroom light could have been replaced, it flickered when it was turned on. The other lights were fine. My room was next to tbe elevator, but the elevator was so quiet that i did not notice it being used. The hotel was conveniently located close to the Albisriederplatz tram stop, so i could ride the bis or take the lines 2 or 3 into the city center.

Even thought the property is in a good location, the room is facing the parking lot where people were talking and smoking. Without AC, it would have been nice to be able to tilt the window, but that didn't work. The room size is ok for 1 person, the bathroom small and both could use an update.

Hospedagem simples. Vale o preço considerando que Zurich é uma cidade cara. Ponto a melhorar: não tinha um travesseiro mas sim uma almofada e não tinha lugar para deixar a mala após o checkout

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one step above a hostel. Pictures were NOT typical of our rooms. Lobby/stair areas was filthy the entire time we were there. Broken mirror in one room. I would not every stay here again.
