"Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Requests were met. Hesmon at the front desk was nice, attentive to requests known. Daily clean request were met which was pleasant. Overall, quiet, peaceful experience.
Cons: lipstick mark on one of the cup in the room so thorough check will be useful for future note.
One of the staff who works at the front desk hung up the phone when he couldn’t understand the request? Didn’t even make the effort to call back, apologize and clarify. Please be aware of the customer requests and make sure the requests are met.
Random but few of the guys who were staying in the hotel had hostile vibes, not necessarily saying things out loud but talking in their own language, being immature, inappropriate. I can feel the rude and odd vibes from them. Short but unpleasant experience."
