Firstly I have checked in to my room and found the shower area drainage is not working. Spoke to the receptionist and he offered another room but it was smaller than the first one, amenities was only for two people when we were three including towel. The receptionist was helpful, checkin/out was smooth, rooms are very clean, good location, coop supermarket is nearby.

Tough walk from the train station, but beautiful high on the hill. Good dining options and convenient groceries. Breakfast definitely not worth the price. Bed was comfortable enough. Free drinks were very nice and lovely balcony. The bathroom is bizarre. The sink was very small, the shower was hot, cold then no pressure then high pressure. Awful

The hotel was conveniently located near a tram station, just a 2 min walk (which takes you the central areas). The hotel had a fridge in the room, no a/c but luckily we came when it was cool outside at night (September), they do provide a fan. They had lifts/elevators. The room was cleaned everyday and there was plenty of space to put our bags. It was nice that they had a stocked fridge and offered a few complimentary drinks. Breakfast is not included but can be added for a few. There is a small grocery store (coop) right next door that sells the basics and a few liquor and wine options. There is also a bakery and a few restaurants nearby. Lastly, there is a dominoes just a 3 min tram ride or 15 min walk.
