"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage.
The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"The room itself is clean and lots of space. But the building is under construction and I think others around it. Theres also a train track close to it that’s nonstop and loud noises even when the windows are shut, and a church that rings the bell at 7am. In the morning there a homeless sleeping on the...

"Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service!
Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...
