"This beautiful air bnb was perfect for us! The owner was so sweet and so helpful and welcoming. I felt like I was visiting a long distance relative. We felt at home. The property is beautiful. The room was wonderfully decorated and i knew I was in Malta. The air conditioner worked splendidly! Excellent communication with the owner. Had a rooftop where you could relax and at night watch the stars or watch the fireworks. It had a vending machine just inside the entrance for a few snacks or drinks....

"The room was decorated beautifully. It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It had great full length mirrors if you wanted to do an outfit check before going out. There was a rooftop pool with a bar with music, it had a nice vibe. Wish I stayed more than one night. "For a five star hotel it was disappointing. First the positives… the pool, and pool area was wonderful and spacious. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. That’s where it ends. "Staying at the Corinthia Palace was such a treat. From the fantastic service to the amazing food. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & did not want to come home. The room was so spacious & comfortable, with a lovely sized balcony. Big, comfortable beds & a choice of pillows if needed. Even the slippers were comfortable. The pool was wonderful! The sun loungers were easily available… no sun-bed hogging is allowed. Large towels are supplied & cleared away afterwards. Staff are on hand offering...

"The hotel is centrally located to walk to all of the attractions in Valletta and transport to every where outside of the city. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning kept us comfortable and the shower was fitted with a rain shower head and a handheld one as well. The staff was excellent. We were greeted every morning by a welcoming staff serving us at breakfast, which was excellent (fresh fruit, pastries, local yogurt, cereals and a choice of a substantial hot breakfast). "The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was great. The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming. However the rooms could have been cleaned a lot better. The bed was very lumpy and the pillows were flat. Even with extra pillows it wasn't comfortable. It's not family friendly as it's right on the bay and very loud until 3am."

"2 out of 4 nights of my stay there were children in the indoor pool even though it was supposed to be 14+ only after 6pm. This was quite annoying. The jacuzzi was also not operational for the whole week I was there. Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious and an excellent location. Just slightly let down by things within their control."
