"The area was very quite. There are two stations around accomodation that are very near. Shibuja and Shinjucu are around 40 minutes away. Great connection with every part of the city. Alot of markets around, and alot of places ro eat next to Shimomaruko station."

"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! "Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent location, close to station (within 5 min. walk), many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking staff available. Hotel has all amenities such as restaurants, daily room cleaning, room service, pool for extra fee, spa, laundry service, etc. Airport Limousine bus goes right to the hotel, they also have a bus that comes to the hotel for Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which was nice. Room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast buffet had both Japanese and Western dishes and was okay. The food was the same everyday so if you are looking for variety this would not be the best choice. Overall, great hotel and would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
