"I had a wonderful stay at La Vita e Bella in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. My room (Room 1 at La Vita e Bella IV) was recently renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. It had a small espresso maker with pods, a teapot, a tiny safe, and even fresh fruit. The bed was so comfortable, with soft white robes, luxurious towels, and a beautiful bathroom featuring both a large tub and separate shower. "We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony. Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times. Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety! Lots for families from what we could...

"Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs."

"We booked late on same day we needed accomodations and we arrived to a clean room. Communication very good. The room is compact, but everything you need for a stay. It is up the hill from downtown but most everything is, it's the nature of the area. We are seniors and managed it fine."

"The hotel is located right inside the old town and is just a short walk to the nearest exit at Pile Gate. Check-in is at another location but is close enough. The room is a bit small but is clean and well equipped with good quality amenities. Although breakfast was not included as an option, there is no shortage of restaurants nearby."

"The La Vita Bella group excels at making your stay feel special. Even though our room was small, they went above and beyond to provide the extras (robe, slippers, fruit, coffee/tea). The space was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring (and walking up 100+ steps from the main avenue). The staff were extremely polite and friendly and very helpful. It was great to have a space to store luggage with them. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Old Town."

"We really enjoyed our seven night stay at the Berkeley Hotel from the moment we arrived. On arrival we were greeted by Elma who booked us in and gave us a warm welcome before recommending somewhere to eat nearby as we had arrived quite late. The room was a very good size with a large clean bed, a small balcony with table and two chairs and a well laid out bathroom with walk in shower.
