The location is unbeatable since you are right in the middle of the old town with great restaurants nearby and next to the harbor where you can rent boat or take a tour to nearby islands Breakfast was also excellent and the staffs were friendly

Great hotel in a terrific location within the Old Town. Staff was excellent! Arranged porter for our luggage outside the city walls as it is a pedestrian only zone.

Fantastic way to do Dubrovnik…..inside the walls. Hotel is amazing and seriously couldn’t be better in terms of location. Still had access to the water and beach with Banje Beach club. Would definitely do it again.

You cannot beat the location in OLD TOWN. Very convenient to many, many good restaurants, beach is maybe a 10 min walk. Banjae Beach is a very swimmer friendly area, just bring aqua shoes as it's a bit rocky. But once in, it's delightful. Pucic Palace staff very helpful and daily breakfast is amazing! Cook to order! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view from the room, and the restaurant staff were lovely. That's where the positives end. The room itself is dated, and the window AC unit was loud and didn't cool at all. There's no concierge service, and the front desk staff seemed neither knowledgeable nor particularly interested in helping. At $900 a night, the stay didn't come close to justifying the price. Won't be returning.

If you want to be in the heart of Old Town, this is the place to stay as every key attraction is steps away. The rooms are well appointed but the rooms are also very small. We enjoyed that breakfast was included. However it is also very noisy to be in the center of it all. There are loud, early morning bells, very late night revelers on the plaza, and lots of outside noises.

El hotel tiene limitaciones por el área que se encuentra, poe ejemplo los aires acondicionados no pueden modificar las fachadas, por eso son equipos dentro de las recámaras un poco ruidosos, pero cumplen su función.

Location, location, location is everything. Pucic palace is in the heat of old town, so you get to experience the sights, the sounds and the Croatian culture first hand. You get to feel the closeness of the old city, the humor and the friendliness of the occupants.. and then of course it’s the food. Every Mediterranean dish is available from breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the beverage of your choice, and nobody is rushing you. The hotel is a delightful and highly recommended it for your stay in the old city

Terrible service , air consulting wasn’t working they did not want to change our room , and then they changed after a lot os stress . Showers were bad, poor breakfast, no help with bags to get out of the old town or arrival . I am not coming back

部屋は薄暗く汚かった 調度品はアンティークというよりユーズド ダイニングも含めて天井にシミができていた バスルームはタイルのめじが黒くなっているとこがあった 他の客はエアコンが故障しているとクレームしていた 朝食は貧弱だった 朝食を外でいただけるのは市場が休みの日曜日だけ 値段に見合わない

Very nice hotel with the perfect location. We could take rests during the sight seeing of the Old town of Dubrovnik. We had to leave early for a tour and an early flight, and the hotel prepared for the breakfast box to accommodate as the included breakfast-plan. Please there were professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Staff at the front desk are exceptional They made two reservations for us at two great restaurants. Housekeeping needs improvement. They didn’t come one day. We don’t know why demanded that they come they did, but I do think the housekeeping staff is mediocre. The location of the hotel is perfect Breakfast was average The room was very nice and the amenities in the bathroom were excellent I can’t see enough about the front desk staff, including the bell man who was very, very helpful when our booked driver didn’t show up he stayed with us in our luggage over and above the call of duty —not that has anything to do with the hotel but people chain-smoke in this city and it’s quite overwhelming to breathe
