"Very close to St Pölten, very friendly staff, clean, stayed here while exploring the Wachau Valley area. Krems to Melk. The location of this hotel was fantastic, Short drive to places to eat, the staff was even willing to cook for us. Breakfast was great and included. "

"Really poor service, rooms were clean but no air conditioning and room was like a sauna. On a train line so kept awake by the heat and trains. No reception staff after 6pm so if anything needed you had to wait until the following morning. Breakfast really poor, no toaster for toast and no hot food. "

"Overall the property is nice and safe. Close to the train station and downtown are. The staff overall are nice. There was one lady at the front desk that acts as if she is not bothered to be there and is not friendly. But everyone else I encountered as friendly. "

"If you want a nice, peaceful, away from everything kind of place, then this is your stop. Up on top of the mountains, you have a fantastic view all around you. It is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are quite basic, no fridge, soap stuffs, but it is still a great lodge. The owners are very nice and amazing folks who will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. This was definitely a relaxing stay for me."
