"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and super helpful, and quick to respond when we required some maintenance help in our room. The room was clean, although a little dated, and could do with a slight modernisation. However, the staff kept the hotel very clean.
The location was great- a 2min walk to the subway, so easy to get places quickly if we didn’t fancy a walk, and was a 10min walk to Central Park. There was also a good selection of restaurants nearby as well as bakeries, bars...

"Room was clean. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant, bar, and nightlife -Excellent! That's what would bring us back. Rooms a bit tight on space, some small issues with faucets, tv, and shower door, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Also the location is excellent - right next to The Apollo, great locales nearby, and very short walks to many subway lines. "
