"As a solo traveller, here was ideal. Although close to the highway, I found inside the room quiet, spacious and comfortable. I had no problems with my stay. I rented a car and was able to get parking on the premises during my stay. It is also close to public transport and 5-10 mins walk from many different types of food, in different directions. It's about 15-20 mins drive to JFK which was a plus for me."

"I booked a room for my elderly parents last minute after their flight to Las Vegas was cancelled due to weather. They had already flown from Madrid that day only to sit on the tarmac at JFK for 4 hours before being told the flight was cancelled. The front desk person then would not allow them to check-in because I made the reservation through my Expedia account and forgot to change the name on the reservation to theirs. Mind you this was 2:00 am and my elderly parents who had not slept in 24...

"We booked this hotel last minute due to an unforeseen layover. The pictures and reviews online gave the impression that it was pretty good for the price. Our experience was anything but. When we arrived, there were 4 guests ahead of us. There was a woman in the lobby, very clearly high on drugs that was accosting everyone waiting for check-in. The front desk worker seemed to know her but only spoke to her twice (in the 20-25 min it took to get us checked in) and it was shocking that the police...

"The Front Desk Staff was Amazing. I called early in the day to make them aware of a late Check In and the Lady (Kathleen) was very reassuring that it was fine.
My Birthday was the Day before and they upgraded my Room and the Restaurant even gave me a Slice Of Cheesecake which was Delicious.
I will definitely stay there again in the near future and I highly recommend it."
