"Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Quiet at night, close to everything we needed - the Metro, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, even a laundromat!! This was a great find and I would recommend it to anyone. The room is not big (as is the norm in Europe) but it is well appointed, clean, with a nice modern decor. Great stay!!"

"Our 9 days and 8 nights stay in Paris was absolutely amazing. I found this hotel through Expedia,. The location was perfect for us. Situated in the 11th Arrondissement, Bastille has such a vibrant multicultural vibe with amazing restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, pâtisseries, and food spots all around. It truly felt lively, welcoming, and safe even when walking around at night. If you are someone who loves food adventures and exploring local culture, this area is perfect. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for a couple. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had everything we needed. The washroom was spacious enough, and the hot and cold water worked perfectly after long days of exploring Paris. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the hospitality. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel asking if we could leave our luggage since we were arriving earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. To our surprise, they went above and beyond and accommodated us with an early check-in at 10 AM. After a long flight, that gesture meant so much to us. The staff and crew were all kind, polite, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Special shout out to Marianne, who welcomed us warmly and helped us during our entire stay. She truly went out of her way to assist us, especially with our Navigo Pass. Her kindness and excellent customer service made our Paris experience even more memorable. Overall, we highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris. Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms"

"This was our first time at this hotel and our stay was excellent. The hotel is fabulous and the Decor is beautiful. The hotel is immaculate throughout and our spacious room was spotless. The hotel is very well staffed and each member was polite and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and full of delicious choices. The breakfast room was spotless and spacious. As a wheelchair user I found the hotel to be very accessible and the staff very helpful. Likewise my room was very accessible. I couldn't fault this beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it."

"Unfortunately our superior room’s bathroom do not have a shower door and so anytime we wanted to take a shower, the floor outside would flood. Also the plugs in the washroom did not work either. Would call this a 3 star rather than 4 star hotel"

"Firstly the location was superb. It is a 2 minute walk up 1 street to the metro, it’s also surrounded by bakeries, bars, takeouts & 2 supermarkets. That’s where the good stops. I would fall short of calling it a hotel, it’s more of a hostel. The important thing to point out is the room. It is literally a room. No bathroom, no shower, no toilet. It has a bed, a table, a fridge, a microwave, (ours was unsafe & corroded), a small TV (ours didn’t work) & a sink but no towels. Maybe because I was expecting a bathroom &/or toilet in the room it hit me harder as the description from the site doesn’t state that the hotel has a communal kitchen, 1 shared toilet per 2 floors & 1 shower per 3 floors. We stayed for 2 nights, would not/could not have done any more. Location good, rest disappointing."
